NEW ANGLE: Newly Released Video of Helicopter-Airplane Collision Near Reagan Airport Sparks Suspicion—How Is This Not Intentional? (VIDEO)

Newly surfaced videos show the horrifying moment an Army Black Hawk helicopter and a PSA/American Airlines passenger jet collided midair near Reagan National Airport, sending both aircraft crashing into the Potomac River. The collision resulted in a massive fireball before both aircraft went down, with no survivors reported.

The jet, which took off from Wichita, Kansas, was carrying 60 passengers and four crew members, while the Black Hawk, based out of Fort Belvoir, Virginia, had three soldiers aboard on what the Army claims was a routine training mission. But how does a helicopter end up in the direct flight path of a passenger plane in one of the most heavily controlled airspaces in the country?

Eyewitnesses are already raising questions. One witness told reporter Dave Statter:

“Basically, I was west of the airport on my roof and had a clear view of the regional jet circling onto the final for runway 33. From my perspective, it looked like the helicopter crossed directly in front of the jet and there was a very brief fireball. I could hear the aircraft hit the water.”

Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS) has already confirmed at a press briefing that there were no survivors.

So far, there’s been no official explanation for how this happened. With the controlled airspace around D.C., this shouldn’t be possible—unless there was serious incompetence or something even worse.
